The Opportunity

What You Will Do
- Oversee all implementation projects data execution of all data components of an implementation project.
- Develop and implement best practices, procedures, project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal collaboration to elevate delivery of data quality with implementation, development, product, and QA.
- Track progress of deliverables, proactively managing timelines and data quality.
- Ensure documentation, handoffs, transitions, training, and staff skillset development of the data team (2).
- Perform data conversions for new customer implementations as well as a variety of data-related tasks for new and existing customers.
- Working Closely with the Project Manager and Implementation team to ensure client data is transferred as accurately and fully as reasonably possible.
- Develop data mapping documentation and time estimates for data conversion projects.
- Subject matter expert on the functionality of the software related to the data structure and data requirements.
What you Will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data implementation, technical project coordination, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of data systems, APIs, ETL processes, and integration methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects without direct authority over team members.
- Previous experience in C# considered a strong asset.
- Expert or advanced skills in MS-SQL.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Asana, Confluence, or similar project and documentation platforms.
- Ability to write data conversion scripts and perform complex queries.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking to resolve issues.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems.
