Job Description

  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess supply needs, forecast demand, and manage procurement processes, including supplier relationships and contract negotiations
  • Coordinate logistics for timely deliveries and distribution of medical supplies and equipment while maintaining optimal inventory levels
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations for all procured medical supplies and equipment
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the supply chain
  • Generate reports, analyze supply chain data, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and provide training on supply chain processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain or logistics
  • Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CPSM) preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medical inventory tracking systems, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
