This is a 6-month contract and it is a hybrid role and there is an in-office requirement of 3 days a week. The office is located in Dartmouth.
Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing
The Representative Group & Pharmacy Benefits will work closely with the Manager Client Services and Manager Rx Specialty Programs in providing administrative support and customer service to clients, groups and internal customers (the business). Actively contributes to a positive and productive working environment.

- Provide telephone and administrative support and customer service to clients, groups and pharmacies in a professional manner
- Log and compiles data and performs analysis of data
- Handle client information discreetly and confidentially
- Perform administrative duties related to benefit and program administration
- Adheres to all applicable company policies, procedures and standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements
- Other duties as required
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
- Attention to detail
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong customer focus and ability to work in a team setting
- Proficient use of Kroll (asset)
- Post secondary education or relevant experience
- 3 years experience in office administration
