Introduction

As a System Services Representative, you are the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring the smooth coordination of hardware and software support, as well as delivering critical operational services. Your expertise and ability to manage client relationships will be key to the overall success of the client’s IT operations.

Your Role And Responsibilities

The System Services Representative is responsible for providing technical service for IBM and other equipment manufacturers’ products, including printers, ABM/Cash Management systems, PCs & laptops, and small to medium-sized servers. Additionally, this role involves performing technical projects for national customers, maintaining accurate customer records, and regularly interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical service for a wide range of equipment, including printers, PCs, laptops, servers, and more.
  • Perform technical projects for national customers, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery.
  • Maintain complete and accurate customer records.
  • Interact with customers to address technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Advise clients on preventive maintenance, configurations, operational practices, and environmental factors that can affect product performance or disrupt their IT operations.
  • Follow both written and verbal instructions to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to clients.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support client needs and business operations.

Preferred Education

High School Diploma/GED

  • College or higher degree desirable.
