The work:


  • As an automation and functional tester, you will lead the testing efforts to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with SAP functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Tosca test cases.
  • Additionally, you will perform continuous testing for API, regression suites, create automation scripts, and support data and environment configuration.
  • Your day-to-day activities will include developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Continuously improve test automation strategy and framework to optimize testing efficiency
  • Transform testing into a continuous and efficient end to end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity.
  • This role is located in our local ATC (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.


  • Here’s what you need:


  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tosca and SAP testing.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing automated test cases.
  • Experience with test management tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.


  • Bonus points if:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into DevOps workflows.
  • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and its integration with test automation tools.
  • Certification in Tosca or SAP
