Job Summary
As a key member of the Global Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Management team, the Senior Analyst, Space Management is responsible for delivering clear and relevant reporting utilizing data and analytics to drive space strategies and enhance workplace operations. This role resides within the Space Strategy workstream and collaborates with the broader Global Corporate Real Estate team to identify and produce meaningful insights. The Senior Analyst coordinates directly with Technology Software providers for technical support, business users for requirements gathering, and the IT business intelligence team for dashboarding and visualization. Job Summary

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in systems implementation and maintenance.
- Experience with IWMS (preferably Archibus) or CAFM platforms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering presentations to senior leadership.
- Ability to bridge communications between Facilities, Space Strategy, and IT audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Practical expertise in data modeling and database administration.
- Knowledge of relational databases.
- Ability to set up, organize, facilitate, and document internal and external meetings.
- Knowledge of Business Analysis (BA) methodology.
- Strong sense of ownership and a growth mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Understanding of workplace space planning and corporate real estate analysis.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Manage the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and ensure data accuracy and alignment with other systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
- Maintain and integrate data from Space Utilization and Space Management platforms.
- Generate accurate and informative reports displaying occupancy and space utilization metrics using multiple data sources (e.g., VergeSense and HID).
- Support the generation of Global Real Estate analytics for dashboard reporting on Lease Administration, Occupancy and Vacancy, and Capital Projects Planning.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to communicate key performance results to senior leadership.
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Monitor IWMS platform (Archibus) for outages and respond to application problems.
- Coordinate with software manufacturers for technical support and to understand feature roadmaps.
- Lead and coordinate UAT and production testing for new module implementations and use cases.
- Develop test cases and criteria to validate reporting requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support internal users with training on new modules to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Proactively identify and address system performance issues, implementing solutions to optimize platform efficiency.
- Support the Space Strategy Manager and MAC Specialist in day-to-day occupancy planning and ad-hoc projects.
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team on dashboard solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling communications, presentations, and data visualizations to multiple organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Facilitate discussions with the Space Management team and stakeholders to identify opportunities where analytics can be leveraged to support strategic initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to foster collaboration and drive results.

- Strong professional presence, with the confidence to present insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
