Overview
Veritas – an award-winning marketing and PR agency - is in the market for a PR unicorn, who is equal parts creative and culturally dialed in. ONe who lives and breathes the lifestyle, entertainment and pop culture scene, and is known as the person in their friend gropu as "always in the know".
Ideally, you have at least 8 years preferably in PR, Media Relations or any related industry. The Senior Account Manager is well rounded in all things influencer relations and Cultural insights but is also a media maven who thrives in delivering with precision. The are responsible for account relationships and ensuring the client is satisfied and profitable and can juggle both with ease.
Responsibilities
You have at least 8 years of dynamic agency experience (preferably PR) working on multiple client accounts, and you thrive amidst inter-agency collaboration. You are a detailed Project Manager and have an attractive record for both servicing clients and working with your team. You have a deep appreciation for strategic communication, and an advanced knowledge of the media and PR landscape. More importantly, you are responsible for leading what we share with our clients when it comes to their corporate strategy

Responsibilities
- Effectively interpret/develop strategic plans based on client briefs
- Prepare or review all client material to ensure that they are on strategy and presentable before submission to clients
- Offer creative solutions to client, team and new business challenges
- Maintain and monitor workflow and assignments by effectively/efficiently managing account team and able to problem solve and offer solutions as needed
- Ensure/initiate program success by measuring results based on Metrics and ROIs for all programs agency wide and proactively provides clients with additional information regularly
- Takes initiative to ensure timely and profitable completion of projects
- Successfully manages account team and ensures projects are on strategy by providing clear direction and guidance
- Build strong and fruitful relationships with clients and agency partners
- Manage, motivate, mentor and connect with junior staff to develop their skills based on their unique needs
- Is an Ambassador for best practices and current trends which includes researching, exploring and integrating marketing applications and ethics
- Thorough understanding of the agency processes and ensures their implementation, including mandatory account service processes, budget modeling and billing
- Assists with the selection and attraction of a growing pool of talent
- Helps train junior talent when it comes to writing and understanding the role of strategy
- Provide leadership, training and mentoring to account teams
