Director, Talent - Saint-Laurent (office first)

The Opportunity

Come play a critical role in shaping our talent management, employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent that drive business success. You’ll partner closely with the HR leadership team and business leaders to design and deliver innovative talent strategies that inspire the best and brightest.

Your Daily Adventures

  • Architect and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies and compelling employer branding programs to attract the best and brightest to the Psycho Bunny team
  • Craft and deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding and integration experience that sets new hires up for success from day one
  • Spearhead and revolutionize the talent management strategy, from assessment and reviews to succession planning and development, ensuring a robust pipeline of top-tier talent.
  • Design, deliver, and evolve cutting-edge leadership development programs that empower and elevate our future leaders
  • Champion and cultivate a vibrant culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging through impactful strategies and initiative
  • Orchestrate a high-impact performance management process that fosters continuous growth, recognition, and alignment with company goals.

Your Toolkit

  • A successful track record of 10+ years leading talent management, talent acquisition, and development
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive organizational success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for building strong relationships
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and drive business outcomes
  • Fully bilingual (English-French) with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Prior HR experience in the retail fashion industry is an asset
