Responsibilit

  • nceProvide practical HR support and guidance on day-to-day employee and labour relations matters, helping leaders navigate challenges with confidence and clar
  • ityWork closely with union representatives, manage the day-to-day administration of collective agreements, and support the organization in preparing for negotiations and arbitrati
  • onsLead or contribute to workplace investigations, including those involving human rights, employment standards, or other sensitive matt
  • ersDeliver relevant and engaging training sessions for leaders, supervisors, and staff on key HR topics including performance management, conflict resolution, and complia
  • nceDesign and implement effective hiring strategies for frontline roles, with a focus on community engagement and cultural inclusiven
  • essGuide and support managers in employee development, succession planning, and internal career growth conversati
  • onsActively participate in business planning by aligning HR strategies with operational goals and identifying ways HR can contribute to service delivery and innovat

Requirem

  • ents5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in unionized environm
