As the Associate Business Systems Analyst you will liaise between the team and Business stakeholders for functionality enhancements and new developments. You will be a part of an exciting team responsible for translating concepts and requirements into client focused and effective system-based solutions. You will assist in formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a basic understanding of the applicable business applications.

Technologies You Have Experience With

• Martech platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google (My Business and Analytics), Sitecore, and SiteImprove.
• JIRA, JIRA Service Desk and Confluence or similar tools.
• You can analyze the data used in the applications with data query tools and data dictionary
  
  
  

How You Will Create Impact

• Collecting information and requirements to assist in the preparation of project/campaign/initiative planning documents and functional specifications.
• Supporting the detailed analysis of business functions, rules and processes through discussions with the team and Business stakeholders.
• Supporting analysis and specifications for required data and system integrations.
• Performing test scripts, supporting senior team members and verifying results against expected reporting defects.
• Assisting with production support activities and developing an understanding of technical components, application platforms and interfaces.

To Join Our Team

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
• You have completed post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• You have in-depth knowledge on ensuring data accuracy and maintaining data integrity.
• You have prior experience with agile practices and an agile mindset.
