Ledcor is seeking Labourers in Milton, ON to support underground telecom construction. This physically active position includes excavation, cable conduit installation, and site restoration. Ideal candidates will have utility construction or landscaping experience and the ability to operate skid steers or backhoes.

What You’ll Need

• Clean driver’s abstract
• Experience with underground construction or civil work (preferred)
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in all weather
• Familiarity with telecommunication maps and safety procedures

• Experience operating mini excavators, backhoes, or skid steers
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Technical aptitude and attention to site restoration standards
