About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities related to a specific subset of OSG’s products and services. You’ll work to build relationships with both prospective and existing clients, with a focus on driving top-of-funnel growth and supporting the broader sales team.

This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our London, ON office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for a targeted group of OSG products and services

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and position OSG’s solutions accordingly

  • Research and identify key decision-makers and potential clients within assigned verticals or markets

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through outbound strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other lead-generation activities

  • Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue forecasts

Qualifications and Experience

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is an asset)

  • Competitive Compensation – On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $65,000, including a $45,000 base salary and a $20,000 performance bonus (uncapped). Comprehensive benefits package included.
