What will you do?

• Provide Applications Engineering Support for Motion Control and General-Purpose Drives.
• Functionally reporting to the Head of Product Management and Applications Engineering
• Play an instrumental role in technically supporting the pre and post sales activities for the Motion and General-Purpose Drives business in Canada.
• Analysis of customer requirements and relating these requirements to the application using the SINAMICS product portfolio
• Understand customer requirements and develop proof of concept System architecture and recommended Parts list for the application
• Partner closely with the Product Marketing team on various Marketing activities like Product Seminars and Workshops
  
  

What will you need to succeed?

• New graduate student from University in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Above average academic performance, accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)
• Basic knowledge in Motion Control and Mechatronics theory preferable
• Basic knowledge on Industrial Networking using Profibus and Profinet
• Strong analytical and problem solution skills
• Familiar with Industrial Automation Platforms preferred
• Good verbal and presentation skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Communicates clearly and concisely, both written and verbal
