About The Opportunity

LRO Staffing is assisting a valued client in their search for a Bilingual Executive Coordinator. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to join a well-established organization providing comprehensive support to senior management and the Board of Directors. The role is permanent, with a hybrid work model that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide organizational, project management, and administrative support to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and Senior Management Team
  • Coordinate, draft, and disseminate internal and external engagement and communication materials
  • Assist the Executive Director with daily operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
  • Coordinate the logistics for Board meetings, special events, and key organizational activities
  • Develop and maintain record-keeping systems for governance, policies, contracts, and other organizational materials
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and its stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient communication
  • Assist in project management, including research and coordination of key initiatives

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience
  • At least three years of administrative experience preferably in a not-for-profit setting
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors and senior leadership teams
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

About the Job

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid model, with flexibility in work location (a minimum of three days per week onsite)
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 35-hour workweek, flexible within normal business hours
  • Salary: $67,777 - $81,645 annual salary, plus benefits
  • Benefits: Includes four weeks of vacation, Pension Plan (HOOPP), and excellent group insurance
  • Conditions of Employment: Successful candidates will need to complete a criminal reference check and provide verification of education and linguistic qualifications
