Your Role
In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday from 2 pm to 10 pm. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customer.

Your Role

Your Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
- Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
- Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports
- Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, all product is counted, and maintain our product locator system
- Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
- Implement continuous improvement action plans
- Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed
Your Skills And Experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment
- 2 or more years in a supervisory role
- Forklift certification and at least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
