Position Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated Incline Packer to join our Packing Department in Surrey, BC. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this on-site role involves working alongside another team member to pack our incline products with attention to quality and detail. The successful candidate will also be cross-trained to support crating of other product lines.
Location: 18920 36 Ave, Surrey, BC V3Z 0P6
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team member to pack incline products efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure each product meets quality standards before packing.
- Assist with crating of other products as required.
- Operate a forklift safely (valid driver’s license and forklift certification required).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Energetic, eager, tenacious!
- Forklift license and valid driver’s license (mandatory).
- Legally eligible to work in Canada (no student visas).
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-player attitude.
- The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands and fingers to handle or feel materials.
- The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
- The employee is required to walk throughout facility.
- Employee may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally and lift and/or move up to 50-100 pounds with assistance of another person. Assistance is available for weights above persons lifting capabilities.
