We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Commercial Contract Manager Lead to be responsible for managing a portfolio of Third Party Supplier relationships and obligations across our global organization.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Vice President level position within Commercial Contract Management (CCM) is responsible for driving commercial value and opportunities within our contracts to deliver commercials, performance & risk obligations alongside partnering with Sourcing and the Business Units.

What You’ll Do In The Role
- Manage the obligations and performance of supplier contracts in partnership with Service Owners and Sourcing
- Drive commercial value from supplier relationships; minimize risks; and enhance contractual stipulations aligned to a service solution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to all stakeholders and work collaboratively across multiple levels and geographies to develop strategies that drive business value as well as mitigate risk.
- Leverage all tools and resources available, including but not limited to developing Obligations Reports and SLA templates.
- Leveraging technology such as Ariba and Sirion to create value and impact.
- Create sound financial analysis and interpretation of supplier contracts to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years relevant experience in Contract and Sourcing positions
- Ability to read and understand contract language and SLAs / KPIs
- Experience in contract interpretation, analysis, drafting, and identifying key terms and obligations.
- Facilitate QBRs and meetings with vendors and Service Owners to review performance and then compare to contractual SLAs / KPIs
- Commercial negotiation and influencing skills to drive savings and deliver value to stakeholders.
