INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER - #438185

As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative online training, in collaboration with clients, content experts and the production team. You will design interactive educational modules, respecting accessibility standards and best pedagogical practices. You will also be responsible for writing pedagogical scenarios and managing projects, while guaranteeing the quality of the deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Write pedagogical scenarios and scripts for modules, videos and e-learning activities;
• Design learning scenarios and pedagogical activities adapted to the content;
• Select authoring tools and activities based on content and learning objectives;
• Propose recommendations for visual design and media used in training;
• Develop interactive elements that comply with active learning principles and accessibility standards;
• Organize content and activities in a coherent logical and pedagogical structure;
• Write text content and on-screen narration for training modules;
• Rewrite and improve existing content to optimize readability and learner engagement.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in instructional design, educational technologies, or relevant field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, including interactions with clients and management of educational projects;
• Fluency in the French language (oral and written);
• Proficiency in the English language at a professional level (oral and written).
  
  

This role involves frequent interactions with internal and external customers and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
