- ns:University Degree in Education or Human Resources
- ANDCertificate in Adult Education, specializing in instructional design, eLearning design/development, workplace learning or equivale
- nt;Five (5) years relevant experience in the development and facilitation of adult learning solutions and materials. Inclusive of three (3) years of experience in leading technical and leadership development learning progra
- ms;Valid Alberta Driver’s Licen
- se;Intermediate proficiency MS Office Sui
- te;Advanced proficiency in eLearning design tools and learning management technology;
- andAdvanced PowerPoint or equivalent computer presentation skil
