Hybrid Work
This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the flexibility to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus. The requirement for on-campus presence is a minimum of 40% of your schedule in a month.
Additional requirements are determined by the role functions and operational needs of each business area.
We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.

Join our team as a Client Engagement Manager. You'll play a crucial role in managing member and employer service projects. You'll build and nurture relationships with key partners, oversee the delivery of communications and other service experience related initiatives. The position will facilitate strategy and planning sessions, lead the execution of action plans, and maintain the work plan service experience related activities.
Qualifications
Must have
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, project management, communications, or a related field, and three years of required experience.
- Required experience must include:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting organizational and time management demands.
- Analyzing data and generating reports on resource utilization and availability, critical path work and budget forecasts.
- Using resource management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or other project management tools.
- Managing clients.
- Capacity planning and project management.
- Preparing materials for delivery to an executive-level audience.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience may be considered.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a unionized environment.
- Experience with service design, user experience, digital marketing or communications is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is preferred.
