EF’s dynamic Victoria is looking for an energetic, outgoing teacher to initially fill a short-term contract, with the potential of it rolling into a longer-term one. Newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply.

Duties and responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Teach scheduled contact hours as scheduled by Academic Management
- Provide high quality classes using our EF blended learning program
- Complete the necessary administrative work required for classes in a timely manner
- Prepare materials and resources relevant to your classes, including handouts, quizzes, tests, and assignments as needed for each course
- Help students with queries they may have and communicate this with the appropriate department
- Actively participate in teacher meetings and all staff development activities
- Bachelor Degree
- CELTA/DELTA/TESL Canada Level One Certification
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Minimum 1 year experience teaching adults in a multicultural setting but can be flexible
- Passion for teaching
- Ability to teach all levels of English
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
