Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of marketing materials (brochures, posters, social media content) that communicate value clearly to diverse audiences (clinicians, Hospitals executives, investors, partners).
- Own and manage the company’s website, ensuring up-to-date, engaging, and informative content.
- Work with the various teams and our in-house technical writer to develop and refine marketing messaging for our product lines, ensuring scientific and clinical accuracy.
- Develop and maintain presentation decks that align with the company’s positioning and messaging.
- Provide internal teams with marketing assets, sales enablement materials, and training resources.
- Manage the creation of press releases, collaborating with cross-functional teams for accuracy and impact.
- Oversee the website, social media channels and content creation, driving engagement and brand awareness across platforms.
- Lead conference planning, messaging and materials to effectively showcase our innovations.
- Work with partners, distributors, and resellers to develop co-marketing initiatives and maintain cohesive messaging.
- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards to track marketing performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Translate scientific data into compelling visuals and reports for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Discovery & Communications, Biology, Clinical Research, Healthcare Marketing, or a related field.
- A postgraduate degree (MSc, PhD, or MBA) is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, Design & illustration, or product marketing, preferably in the medical device, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Experience in designing marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, posters, videos, and other digital assets) and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in website design and designing for various stakeholders.
- Background in working with scientific, clinical, or medical content and translating complex topics into engaging, audience-friendly materials.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify scientific content for various audiences.
- Proficiency in design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Framer, Canva).
- Basic understanding or hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, CRM systems).
- Project management capabilities, including leading marketing initiatives, managing deadlines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collaborate with partners, distributors, and sales teams to create and execute co-marketing initiatives.
- Experience in more advanced digital marketing analytics or business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with medical regulations, healthcare compliance, or industry best practices for medical marketing.
- Experience in scientific writing, medical journalism, or clinical documentation.
- Demonstrated track record in successfully managing multi-channel marketing campaigns in a MedTech or healthcare environment.
