About This Team

The Product Operations Specialist supports in building and executing strategic initiatives and projects to enable business transformation across the Product organization. This person is a highly organized operation who, by way of cross- functional collaboration, supports the delivery of business critical solutions that advance organizational, operational, process and technological transformation for the Product Team.

a day in the life

  • Schedule, coordinate and support in facilitation of cross-functional workshops to build new strategies, processes and tools
  • Support with the implementation and adoption of new business processes
  • Assist with documentation of business strategies, processes and project deliverables - ex. process maps, PowerPoint presentations, Standard Operating Procedures, business cases, etc.
  • Coordinate and support the management and flow of critical information and data associated with relevant projects and work streams
  • Provide project and task-related support as needed

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management, operations or other related field, preferably in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to excel in a highly collaborative environment, with a passion for cross-functional engagement, enrolment and alignment
  • A team player that truly believes they are successful when the organization is successful
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, with a desire for continuous learning and growth

 Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. 

Compensation And Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $66,000-$86,600 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
