- Performs slot machine drop pulls: collects cash/ticket cassettes from all electronic gaming machines and, where applicable, replaces with empty cash/ticket cassettes.
- Performs table games drop pulls: collects cash or poker-chip drop boxes from all table games and, where applicable, replaces with empty drop boxes.
- Participates in the float preparation, loading and unloading of ticket redemption machines and, where applicable, ATMs and NRTs.
- Performs Pull Tab machine, Keno machine, and vending machine cash and coin collections.(at applicable sites)
- Counts and reconciles monies collected from slot machines, poker tables, and, where applicable, table games Pull Tab machines, Keno machines and vending machines.
- Prepares daily deposits for Slots, Lotteries, Food and Beverage and Table Games (as applicable).
- Verifies and reconciles money delivered from the bank or a vending machine company.
- Prepares cash and coin floats for specific stations (e.g. Food and Beverage; Guest Services).
- Replenishes Pull Tab machines. (at applicable sites)Ensures and documents proper Machine Maintenance.
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Self-motivated and works well with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented, reliable, punctual, efficient, and diligent in duties and responsibilities
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
- Ability to operate cash and coin counting machines
- Working knowledge with computer skills in spreadsheets
