Location: Quebec: St. Lambert or Brossard

Ontario: St. Catharines or Cornwall

Assignment: Permanent

Hours of work: 37.5 per week

Salary: $106,275 to $117,975

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in the use of the different SAP modules: Plant Maintenance (PM), Material Management (MM), Project Systems (PS) and support users.
  • Assess system support problems and take corrective actions.
  • Develop and update access procedures, functional specification documentation and training materials.
  • Train the “super users” community.
  • Assist with research and analysis of current system capacities and participate in development of technological solutions.
  • Implement changes and updates by developing functional specifications and by designing, effecting and coordinating implementation of changes.
  • Analyze new projects and requests and prepare recommendations.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in a similar position, supporting SAP - PM, MM and PS.
  • Sound knowledge of SAP functional components (configuration, tables, transactions, etc.).
  • Sound knowledge of business processes such as maintenance management, project management, materials management and quality management.
  • Knowledge of SAP installation approaches and methodologies (ASAP).
  • Experience in project management using a structured and collaborative approach.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Championing customer needs in a proactive manner.
  • Fluent in English and French, verbal and written, in order to communicate with teams located in Quebec and Ontario.
  • Valid Class G (ON) or Class 5 (QC) driver’s licence and insurable driving record.
