THE TEAM

The mission of the Real Estate Development Programming Department is to represent the Business Owner to ensure the spaces we design & build will meet their functional requirements.


THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Programming Team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for gathering the functional requirements for our physical spaces on behalf of the Business Owner, delivering the successful completion of high-quality project deliverables, on time, and with accurate programming. As the Sr. Manager, Programming, Real Estate Development, you will collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Design, Architecture, Construction, and the Project Management Office to identify, translate, communicate, and validate programming excellence throughout the development of each project. THE ROLE

As the Sr. Manager, Programming, you will:

  • Determine the business needs for our physical spaces and ensure consistency in requirements.
  • Research & develop guidelines for key operational spaces in our stores, analyzing the existing processes to optimize day-to-day operations.
  • Facilitate the alignment of the design to programming requirements, supporting the design team with layout reviews
  • Manage programming requirements throughout the Real Estate Development process.
  • Deliver business-ready, world class spaces.
  • Provide accurate and timely communication to relevant stakeholders throughout the course of each project.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Manager, Programming has:

  • Experience in space planning, industrial engineering, or a related field.

  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
