In this role, you will be immersed in running experiments, providing invaluable support to internal and external projects as well as to customers, contributing to company intellectual property, patents, technical papers for conferences and peer-reviewed journals.
Your extensive experience in water treatment, knowledge of water treatment market trends, regulatory
landscape, and customers’ needs, would drive forward our mission of sustainable water management.
This position is part of our Innovation and Technology Department team and will be remote.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Utilize your knowledge of molecular- and radical-driven advanced oxidation processes for pollutant destruction.
- Work to understand the customer problems and commercial impact of solutions for customers in line with business strategy.
- Influence business strategy with customer insight, business acumen and proposed solutions. and creates followership across multiple regions and locations.Have the ability to design, execute and lead experimental work at bench- and pilot-scale.
- Lead technology and product development, product improvements and their implementation with related working processes into the functional teams of the organization working with commercial, operational, and service teams.
- Have hands-on experience with wet and instrumental chemical analysis.
- Have strong skills in researching and critical evaluation of scientific literature
- Ph.D. degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering on advanced oxidation process-related research
- Minimum 5-years of experience in water treatment
- Possess strong knowledge of chemical kinetics and water chemistry and be familiar with AOP kinetic modeling.
- Experience with piloting UV light- and/or non-UV light based AOPs, data interpretation and reporting.
