We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our growing portfolio of hospitality brands. This role will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives across multiple brands, managing digital content, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. A strong eye for design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and experience in digital marketing are essential. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage marketing efforts across a portfolio of hospitality brands, ensuring each brand’s identity and messaging are consistent and compelling.
- Support the launch of new openings, including developing marketing materials, social media promotions, and local outreach efforts.
- Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage guests, drive restaurant visits, and build brand loyalty.
- Design and manage a suite of email templates for various guest communications.
- Create and maintain digital and print marketing materials, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop social media content (Instagram), including graphics, photography, and copywriting, to increase engagement and awareness.
- Write compelling copy for marketing materials, including email newsletters, website content, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with external vendors and designers to produce marketing assets that align with each brand’s identity.
- Assist in developing local partnerships, influencer collaborations, and sponsored campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor inbound media inquiries and coordinate responses with the marketing team.
- Assist in developing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across social and search platforms.
- Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and manage a brand asset library, ensuring easy access to marketing materials for internal teams.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, restaurants, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience managing multiple brands or working within a multi-location business.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Creative thinker with a passion for food, hospitality, and community-driven marketing.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Mailchimp (or similar email platforms), and social media management tools.
- Experience with photography and video editing is a plus.
- A collaborative, team-player attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas.
