Hours of work: rotating days and evenings, 07:00 to 15:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 13:00 to 21:00, 15:00 to 19:00, 17:00 to 21:00

This position performs a variety of clerical duties such as:

• Unloads and unpacks stock, equipment and material; top up of supplies to pre-determined levels, identifies and records weights. As required adjusts par stock levels to meet the needs of the department.
• Fills requisitions by picking, assembling and delivering supplies/goods
• Transports and distributes stock and materials to all areas of the facility/site
• Rotates stock and checks for expiry date; performs physical inventory counts.
• Counts and replenishes stock based on established minimum/maximum levels; makes adjustments to stock items as per established guidelines; makes recommendations for changes to inventory items and/or levels. Cleans and transports bins and racks as per cleaning schedule.
• Keeps assigned storage area and goods/supplies in a clean and tidy condition.
• Completes related forms and maintains records.
