We are looking for an experienced global learning manager who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs focused on compliance, technical training, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) across our manufacturing sites. As part of your role, you will also contribute to optimizing learning practices, ensuring consistent and impactful training, and aligning programs with organizational priorities to drive workforce capability, compliance, and safety culture.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To
- Develop and implement a learning strategy aligned with organizational goals, focused on compliance, legal, HSE and technical requirements.
- Lead the implementation of learning management systems to ensure compliance with all legal and HSE requirements for our manufacturing sites.
- Review the team structure and propose a target operating model (TOM) to optimize our learning programs and practices.
- Implement metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of learning programs on business performance.
- Work closely with key partners and the leadership team to align learning programs with current and future business needs and prioritize learning initiatives.
- Work with compliance, legal and HSE teams to ensure training programs meet audit and certification requirements.
- Manage and mentor a global team of learning advisers and coordinators, ensuring consistency and quality in training delivery.
- Plan and manage the learning budget, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with strategic priorities for manufacturing sites.
- Work with external partners to supplement internal learning resources / content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, learning best practices and regulatory changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, organizational development, or related field.
- Proven expertise in optimizing learning practices, implementing digital learning platforms, and managing global training initiatives, with a focus on HSE, technical training, and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate in a global team environment and adapt to fast-paced and changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication skills (French and English to collaborate with global partners).
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key partners.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and continuously improve training effectiveness.
