Terapro Construction & Agriculture, dealers for the renowned Case and New Holland brands, stand out for their expertise in the sale and maintenance of new and used equipment. Specializing in both construction and agriculture, they offer complete ranges of construction equipment such as hydraulic excavators, mini-loaders and graders, as well as state-of-the-art agricultural equipment including tractors, combines, forage harvesters and more.

We are currently seeking a parts and service coordinator for the technology sector to serve our 18 branches. The coordinator will be required to travel between branches on a weekly basis, particularly in the Eastern Townships, Centre-du-Québec, and Montérégie regions. The training period will take place in person. Once the candidate has reached a certain level of autonomy, the tasks will be carried out primarily remotely.

ResponsabilitiesWorking in collaboration with the precision director:

• Perform quotations for precision systems with the help of product specialists in the technology sector;
• Optimize parts inventory management and planning;
• Take parts inventory and make corrections if necessary;
• Establish annual purchasing projections and communicate with suppliers to determine requests;
• Prepare, manage and invoice orders for parts and technology activations with branch managers;
• Manage inter-branch transfers of technology parts;
• Sell technology parts in simple transactions;
• Renewals and invoicing of differential correction packages and telematics systems;
• Manage SIM card fleet (activations, renewals, billing);
• Support telematics equipment registration and follow-up;
• Participate in the drafting of documents required for training courses;
• Collaborate with administration for payment of various supplier and customer accounts;
• Support the relevant managers, specialists and technicians in the management of warranties (Claims, Assists, Concern);
• Actively participate in the efficient operation of CNH's certification programs (Blue Star/Rewards);
• Collaborate with administration for payment of various accounts payable and receivable;
• Responsible for the technology team's call center;
• Comply with all occupational health and safety standards.
  
  

Profile

• Experience in the parts industry for heavy vehicles, agricultural vehicles or other vehicles;
• French and English bilingualism, spoken and written, for dealing with suppliers and customers in both French and English
• Ability to work in a group environment with customer needs at the forefront of all decisions;
• Organized and well-structured;
• Integration of new technologies and participation in ongoing training;
• Flexible working hours during peak season.
