transformed five-star luxury brand. You are a rising star, out-of-the-box thinker, and creative

marketing/branding thinker with a proven track record of success in marketing strategy and

execution.

The ideal candidate will lead our branding and marketing initiatives with strategic vision,

creativity, and analytical insight. This role requires a strong leader who inspires and mentors a

talented marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuous development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive our

Five Star brand transformation.

  • Hands-on team leader working with a team of marketing professionals, providing

guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental objectives locally, nationally,

and globally.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall

business goals worldwide.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive

threats.

  • Hands-on development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across

multiple channels (digital, social, traditional).

  • Utilize AI tools and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry

influencers locally, nationally, and globally.

  • Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Forge new marketing and technology partnerships across the world.
  • Masterful command of English vocabulary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's

degree preferred).

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, focusing on strategy, creative

marketing, innovation, branding, promotions, and outside-the-box ideas.

  • Proven success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that

drive business results.

  • Critical analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic

recommendations.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate

teams over Zoom, in person, on TV, and in other video productions.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation

software.

  • Self-driven to create an exciting, fun, fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage

multiple priorities effectively.

Location: 3500 Dufferin Street, Toronto, ON

Salary: $65,000 - $100,00 per year

Type: Full Time, On-Site (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
