What is the opportunity?
Reporting to the Team Leader Currency Processing, Alberta Cash Services. Responsible for processing routine data entry and on-line input of transactions using basic understanding of products and processes. This position is primary responsible for day to day processing of Incoming and Outgoing cash parcels ( CDN, USD and Foreign). Activities may also be dependent on balancing transactions, and as received from clients and branches with emphasis on throughput, accuracy and production.
This role is fully onsite.

Job Description
What is the opportunity?

Activities may also be dependent on balancing transactions, and as received from clients and branches with emphasis on throughput, accuracy and production.

What will you do?
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of Incoming and Outgoing Cash Parcels
- Displays strong dedication to maintaining and improving the Quality of Service standards committed by Cash Services.
- Ensure all transaction are handled with accordance with Cash Services Policies and Procedures and established internal policies and procedures.
- Processes work volumes and provide consistent service within established benchmarks contributing to the achievement of business SLA/KPI
- Accountable for accurate addressing to ensure privacy and confidentiality of client information is kept in accordance with RBC Policy
- Provide feedback to management on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and enhance client experience.
- Identify trends and recommend possible solutions.
Must have:
- Strong organizational & decision-making skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to stand or sit 90% of the time
- Able to lift 25 – 40 Lbs
- Challenges status quo and responds with innovative solutions
- Cash handling experience
