The Role

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a key role in our growth as a company by attracting, engaging, and recruiting top talent across various disciplines. You will act as a brand ambassador, create a great candidate experience, and work as a partner with the management team to help define roles, requirements and to provide strategic guidance and process recommendations.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 5 years’ in-house technical recruiting experience with high volume recruitment. Ideally in a tech environment
  • Exceptional communications skills
  • Expertise leveraging various channels to source and connect with passive candidates
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills , results driven, high performing, collaborative, shows initiative, proactive, encourages building key relationships
  • Working knowledge of a modern ATS - Lever strongly preferred
  • Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical candidates
  • Global recruiting experience is preferred

  • attracting and hiring top talent with a focus on the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience.
  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist operates as a talent advisor to the business, bringing knowledge and understanding of external markets and sourcing strategies
  • Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer
  • Act as a TA ambassador building the talent brand through social media, events and school partnerships
  • Partner with PCBP to provide support and guidance to hiring managers through the full recruitment cycle
  • Mentor TA Specialists on an ad hoc basis
  • Leverage Talent Acquisition reporting
  • Be the superuser and resident expert on our Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
