Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize RFP proposals, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Create and maintain proposal templates
  • Communicate effectively with Sales Managers and Business Line Management to ensure deliverables are consistent and timely
  • Liaise effectively between all internal departments to gather required information for proposal submissions
  • Track and prioritize Sales Managers’ proposal and contract requests
  • Maintain and edit literature library and reference materials
  • Review and evaluate requests for quotes and proposals
  • Prepare proposals and quotes

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in Oil & Gas environment is preferred
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills are required
  • Intermediate Microsoft skills (Word and Excel)
  • Advanced interpersonal and English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong self-starter and ability to work with a Sales team and Business Line Managers effectively, in order to meet client deadlines
  • Ability to contribute effectively within a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing proposals are critical
