About This Team

The Product Education team designs, creates and delivers curated product education content and tools that support engagement and understanding of our product for all employees and guests, globally. Through this work, we foster inclusion and connection for our guests, educators and internal partners. The Manager, Product Education (Global) is responsible for overseeing the development of internal product education content and resources that is designed to deepen product knowledge and drives engagement for our employees.

A Day In The Life

  • Responsible for overseeing the internal Product Education content team.
  • Manages and supports employee development plans and performance. They inspire, coach and guide their team to develop their skills and deliver on business priorities.
  • Accountable for creation and development of Global education content based on Global Merchandisings priorities and business needs.
  • Builds and manages content development processe for internal content included in employee onboarding and ongoing training for audiences across the business.
  • Maintain, Assess and Adapt process and strategy for content creation to support ongoing workflows, cross-functional partnerships, and deliverables
  • Design, develop and deliver product education quarterly catalogue
  • Reviews and provides feedback on all content produced by the team including but not limited to, Fact Sheets, Franchise/Key Item Library and Product Education Videos
  • Responsible for delivering product education content to crossfunctional partners including but not limited to the Regional Product Education, Global and Regional Brand Marketing Teams, Public Relations
  • Works closely with Regional Product Education Managers to ensure global content supports essential market needs, inclusive of translation
  • Accountable for the total budget strategy for content production

Qualifications

  • BA in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Education or related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of Product Training or proven experience of developing Product Education/Product Training
  • Strong knowledge of lululemon products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to present to Senior Leadership
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional partners, subject matter experts and business partners in what content we need to deliver to retail and when
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Proficient with Adobe programs (InDesign, Illustrator)

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $ 103,500-$135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
