Our client in Coquitlam, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Dispatch Coordinators. If you're ready to contribute to a dynamic work environment, this opportunity is for you!

- Collaborating with various departments to resolve customer disputes and become proficient in operational systems
- Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries regarding missed pick-ups, misplaced containers, and property damage
- Assisting drivers when pick-up or delivery inquiries arise
- Scheduling and dispatching work to employees and departments
- Utilizing software applications, including MS Word and Excel
- Providing excellent customer service and promoting additional services
- Detail-oriented and well-organized mindset
- Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, comprehension, communication)
- 2 years of dispatching or logistics experience preferred
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm
