Responsibilities
As a part of our team, you will:
- Our products are run on Linux and our teams use Linux, MacOS, and Windows. Systems skills are required to investigate and resolve issues in all our environments as well as make great design decisions for our tools.
- We’re interested in cloud-based technologies and looking for ways to leverage them. Experience creating Docker images, Helm charts, and integrating in Kubernetes.
- We’re the gatekeepers of all things DevOps. We promote the DevOps culture and principles (like CI/CD pipelines) throughout our organization and that requires excellent people and communication skills. We love to build and maintain our relationships.
- We promote all things DevOps and understand CI/CD pipelines and tools. Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Gradle, or equivalent and is a small piece of our day-to-day.
- Our team loves actively and rapidly learning new languages, technologies, and domains while sharing that information with the team to strengthen the team.
- Speaking of new technologies, we always wonder what the future of Network Automation can be, so we research and evaluate software to include in the development environment and product. We’re always exploring, evaluating, and integrating new technologies where they adds value.
- Proficient in a programming language like Python, Java
- Experience with Linux/MacOS
- Understanding systems
- Tools like Git, Jenkins, NPM, Gradle, etc
- Desire to continuously learn and be challenged
