Jr. Administrator, HR Services - #381960

In this role you will:

• Initiate or approve a variety of HR related employee life cycle events in our Success Factors EC system.
• Perform a wide range of human resource tasks in support of Total Rewards and Payroll processes.
• Prepare and distribute employment-related communications.
• Ensure that deadlines are met with accuracy.
• Maintain and audit system data.
• Action various reporting requests and other administrative assignments.
• Maintain and create electronic forms using Microsoft Sharepoint
• Provide customer service to employees relating to a wide range of inquiries
• Communicate with supervisors and employees as required to explain site policies and procedures

Requirements of the position:

• Certificate/Diploma with a focus on human resources or business
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
• Excellent organizational and oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

Asset:

• Experience with SAP, Success Factors, and Workforce Solutions
