Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper at Holiday Inn & Suites Winnipeg Downtown. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, managing laundry operations, and providing excellent customer service to guests. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Laundry and Organization Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in training and supervising housekeeping staff
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Previous experience in hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
