Our reputable client is in need of Customer Service Representatives to support with an international event taking place in Calgary.

Candidates will be in charge of greeting incoming conference guests with a friendly demeanour, offering directions and answering any questions they may have. Required is a polished, professional and articulate individual with a friendly demeanor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Greeting international guests
  • Directing them to shuttles and busses
  • Answering general inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Working alongside the other customer service members to ensure all guests are taken care of

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service or similar role

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly disposition
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot when needed
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Professional and articulate
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Base Salary: $18 – $19 per hour

Work Hours:

Sunday, May 12th: (2 shifts available)

  • 11:00am – 6:30pm
  • 6:00pm – 1:00am

Monday, May 13th: (3 shifts available)

  • 7:00am – 1:30pm
  • 1:00pm – 6:30pm
  • 6:00pm – 1:00am

Tuesday, May 14th: (3 shifts available)

  • 7:00am – 1:30pm
  • 1:00pm – 6:30pm
  • 6:00pm – 1:00am

Additional Notes:

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
