We're looking for you to join our team as a Bilingual HR Operations Coordinator in select locations across Canada.


As the Coordinator, you'll be providing support to our employees, partners, retirees, and former employees regarding National HR Policies and Programs. You'll be utilizing various communication channels including phone, live chat, and email to offer first-level assistance, and will become a subject matter expert in HR policies and programs, ensuring accurate support delivery. Additionally, you'll be upholding service excellence through active listening and professionalism, communicating effectively with stakeholders and escalate issues promptly, and utilizing our case management system (ServiceNow) to manage cases efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Education, HR, or a related field
  • Experience in a client service focused environment
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to work overtime when required
