Es-tu passionné(e) par l'apprentissage, l'organisation et la gestion administrative? Rejoins notre équipe dynamique en tant qu'Assistant(e) en Formation et Administration! Ce stage est l'opportunité idéale pour les étudiants désireux de développer leurs compétences tout en contribuant activement à la réussite de notre équipe.
Les responsabilités spécifiques comprennent :
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers de formation pour garantir une expérience d'apprentissage optimale, en examinant les indicateurs clés de performance et en proposant des idées d'amélioration.
- Fournir un soutien amical aux différents départements, en veillant à ce que les informations de formation soient correctement enregistrées et que les documents soient à jour.
- Être actif dans la résolution des problèmes, en s'impliquant dans la gestion des non-conformités pour maintenir un système de formation efficace et conforme.
- Participer activement à la planification des formations, en veillant à leur bon déroulement dans les délais impartis, et suivre de près les activités de formation.
- Offrir des conseils positifs aux gestionnaires des autres services sur le choix des formateurs et aider ces derniers à exceller dans leur rôle

Qualifications de base :
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un ou d’une professionnel(le) possédant les compétences requises ci-dessous pour atteindre nos objectifs :
- Étudiant(e) dans un DEC en sciences ou en administration, ayant complété la 1ère année.*
- Solides compétences en administration.
- Expérience dans la planification et coordination de formations.
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office.
- Disponibilité 5 jours sur site.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft/Office pour assurer une gestion informatique fluide et efficace.
- Les candidats doivent retourner à leurs études à l'automne dans le même programme.
