This is a fantastic opportunity to become a Member of our CGI-Calgary team providing leading information technology services to our clients. We are seeking an Application Support Analyst with strong understanding of Odoo ERP and at least 5 years of .NET development experience in large enterprise environments.

As the Application Support Analyst, you have a combination of maintenance and development experience, and will be working primarily with Odoo ERP technology while contributing to several projects. You will have numerous opportunities to apply your expertise and become a key part of large client engagements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for Odoo ERP users, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with project teams to support ERP implementation and integration projects, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Manage and configure Odoo ERP modules according to project requirements and business needs.
• Document system configurations, user instructions, and troubleshooting guides to improve system understanding and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Monitor Odoo ERP system performance, reporting any anomalies or issues to the IT department or Level II support for further investigation.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and define system requirements, enhancements, and customizations.
• Assist in training sessions for end-users, helping them to effectively utilize the Odoo ERP system.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to Level II support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in ERP support, with specific experience in Odoo ERP is a must have.
• Understanding of Odoo ERP system, including configuration, customization, and support.
• A minimum of 5 years software engineering experience with strong proficiency leveraging .NET.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Odoo ERP applications.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides related to ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team, with a knack for fostering teamwork.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in a high-pressure environment.
• Source code control understanding (experience with Git preferred)

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Diploma in IT with equivalent IT experience
