Role & Responsibilities - How You'll Make an Impact:

• Supervise, coordinate and evaluate maintenance employees;
• Supervise the training of new personnel;
• Plan maintenance and improvement work on equipment, tools, jigs and the plant in general;
• Keep up to date the maintenance system, its tree structure, equipment data sheets, periodic maintenance sheets, list of active suppliers;

Qualities & Skills - What Sets You Apart:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent relevant experience,
• Experience in maintenance management,
• Demonstrate appropriate leadership focused on teamwork while developing employee skills and motivation,
• Knowledge of maintenance management software (CMMS, etc.).
